Delivery Area
We currently deliver to UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Cut-off times:
- Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday: Typically dispatched same or next working day
- Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends: Typically dispatched next working day
Note: During holiday periods or temporary closures, dispatch times may be extended. Any service disruptions will be communicated via a site-wide notice banner.
Shipping Method
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Delivery completed Monday to Saturday
- Excludes Bank Holidays
- Tracking information emailed once dispatched
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: Typically 2-4 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Important: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., adverse weather, industrial action, or other service disruptions).
Shipping Costs
Standard UK Delivery: £4.99 (flat rate)
All orders are charged one fixed shipping fee regardless of order size.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are available for purchase and charged at the point of sale.
Important:
- Pre-orders are typically dispatched to arrive on or around the official release date (not guaranteed)
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held until all items are available
- To receive in-stock items sooner, place separate orders
If a pre-order is delayed beyond the expected release date, we will notify you via email with an updated dispatch estimate.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:
- Royal Mail tracking number
- Link to track your parcel online
You can track your order at Royal Mail Track & Trace.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date:

- Include: Order number, photos (if damaged), and description of the issue
We will investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

All prices are displayed in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Packaging
We package all products securely using bubble mailers or cardboard boxes to protect sealed trading card products during transit. Packaging materials are recyclable where possible.
